Update

Since the beginning of this crisis Envantage has been working successfully with all customers both remotely and onsite with proper PPE and checks. We look forward to the gradual reopening and are ready to assist in any way we can. We know that many labs have been short staffed with shifting personnel numbers and schedules. We stand ready and have been providing repair, maintenance, and method development as needed by our customers.

To all our valued Customers,

During this uncertain time we are dealing with new and unprecedented social and professional restrictions. The Envantage team wants you to know that we are here to support you and your labs and operations during this time, and we want to thank you for being a loyal customer.

Our Cleveland Ohio and Houston/Beaumont Octane staff stand ready to assist customers with any analytical needs. We have multiple virtual platforms we can use to engage with you to discuss how we can assist, including the capability to remote into your systems to diagnose and resolve possible issues. We realize that every analytical problem cannot be solved this way, and some may require access to your refining or other lab facilities. As a necessary support for the Energy essential businesses, we can and will coordinate with you in these situations as efficiently as we can to provide solutions.

We have a fairly well-stocked hardware inventory in both Houston and Cleveland that can be shipped to help address these problems as quickly as possible.

Our laboratory will work to complete the analysis of samples that have been received as of this date.  Going forward, we plan to continue with analytical services, but will require prior notice if laboratory samples are being delivered.

Onsite work in support of instrumentation and repair projects will continue on a project by project basis, as determined by the Customer. Project schedules will be reviewed on a day to day basis.
