For many years, we have been proud to provide our customers with free upgrades to our software. Your continued trust and support have allowed us to enhance our products and deliver the best possible experience. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are making some important changes to our software upgrade policy.
Starting in the first quarter of 2025, software upgrades will no longer be provided at no cost. Customers will be required to purchase upgrades separately. This change will allow us to further invest in developing new features, improving performance, and ensuring that our software continues to meet your needs in a rapidly changing industry.
However, customer’s with an active Dragon software Support and Maintenance Plan (SMP) subscription will continue to receive upgrades at no additional cost. If you are not currently enrolled in SMP, we encourage you to contact us to learn more about subscribing and taking advantage of SMP benefits.
We understand that this is a change from our long-standing practice, and we appreciate your understanding as we move forward. Our commitment to providing you with exceptional support and continuous improvement remains unchanged.
